What is Rucking?

Rucking is a Low Intensity Interval training workout that involves walking with a weighted rucksack (backpack). Rucking has numerous benefits:

  • Builds muscle
  • Improves cardio and endurance
  • Prepares those rucking to get out and hike!

This event is designed to not only allow those participating to train with and enjoy carrying a Rucksack but to also teach endurance through a multi-hour event

Event Start Time: This event will start at 10am

Participants are expected to bring their own rucksack (backpack), loaded with 10% of his or her body weight to carry for the duration of the event.
